Description

In the tradition of its forerunners (Trains in Trouble and Trains in Trouble 2), Trains in Trouble 3 again provides evidence of trains and their crews experiencing problems along the track.

Where possible, I have provided video coverage before, during and after each of these incidents which are:

1 Derailment of a Pacific National 47 wagon empty grain train between Connemarra and Premer.

2 Peru Rail DL535 Alco unable to lift its load at Aguas Calientes.

3 Derailment of a Queensland National freight train at Sefton Junction, and the subsequent toppling of the heavy recovery crane.

4 Failure of rear 81 Class on a push-pull ballast train between Bullaburra and Wentworth Falls.

5 Derailment of a ‘batwing’ coal train at Drayton Colliery catch points.

6 Multiple hot engine alarms on a quad 48 Class 44 wagon loaded grain train between Willow Tree and Morandoo.
